I work at the level of identity, patterns, and self-leadership.
Rather than focusing on surface-level goals alone, my approach looks at the whole picture: how your thoughts, beliefs, nervous system, relationships, and environment interact to shape the way you live and lead.
From there, we work practically and thoughtfully to create clarity, steadiness, and change that lasts beyond the session itself.
This is not about fixing yourself. You are not broken. It’s about developing awareness, choice, and a more intentional relationship with how you think, respond, and act.
My work is shaped by years of coaching individuals who are capable, driven, and often carrying more than they let on.
I take a collaborative, reflective approach, meeting you where you are while gently challenging what may no longer be serving you. Together, we explore patterns, untangle complexity, and identify grounded next steps that feel realistic and aligned.
Clients often describe the work as calm, insightful, and clarifying. The aim is not pressure or performance, but understanding and forward movement with integrity.

I am a certified coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), committed to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.
My training spans psychology-informed coaching, behaviour change, communication, and stress-based pattern work. I have completed over 3,000 hours of coaching, and I continue to deepen my learning to ensure the work I offer remains thoughtful, informed, and grounded.
I hold a tripple-accredited coaching diploma from Sandown Business School.
Professional standards matter to me, not as a badge, but as a foundation for trust, care, and responsibility within the coaching relationship.
