Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all coaching services offered by Jen F Coaching. By booking a session, participating in group coaching, or using this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

I offer one-to-one coaching sessions and facilitated group coaching spaces. Coaching is a collaborative, reflective process designed to support insight, clarity, and personal development.

Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment, and does not replace professional mental health, medical, legal, or financial advice.

• All paid sessions and group coaching spaces must be paid for in full at the time of booking
• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe.
• Prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated.
   

Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received.

The Deep Dive session is the starting point for one-to-one coaching.

If you choose to move into an ongoing coaching package within 7 days of your Deep Dive session, the £250 fee may be credited in full towards that package.

This credit applies once and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session, or non-attendance, are non-refundable.

Due to the small group size and preparation involved, group coaching sessions are non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of the session start time.

Group coaching spaces are confidential and based on mutual respect.

By participating, you agree to:

• Respect the privacy of other participants
• Not record sessions or share content outside the group
• Engage in a way that supports a safe and respectful environment
   

I reserve the right to remove a participant from a group session if behaviour compromises the safety or integrity of the space. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

All coaching conversations are treated as confidential. Confidentiality may only be broken if required by law or if there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others.

Coaching is a self-directed process. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and wellbeing.

I do not guarantee specific outcomes, as results depend on many factors including your engagement and circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jen F Coaching shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in coaching services.
